Hi there! So I have lots of catching up to do...my mom's bday celebration, Memorial Day, Carson school stuff, we got a new family member...hint...he has 4 legs and a tail. Did you think I was going to say I'm pregnant with #3?! Ummm NO! Ain't happenin : )
BUT...all that is not what this post is about. Todays post is about the fact that I'm celebrating my 30th birthday in VEGAS this year!! And this morning I realized something...that particular birthday is in exactly 38 days! Whoo hoo super excited! Not so much about leaving my 20's, more excited about the Vegas aspect of it.
I have been working out like a mad woman and eating super healthy to get in shape for this Vegas trip, and just for summer time in general. Shorts, tank tops and swimsuits are not my friend when I'm 10 lbs heavier! Can I get an AMEN girls?!!? I have managed to lose 7 lbs but I want to lose 7 more before July. So I have 38 days to do it.
What I am hoping my readers (if I even have anymore??) can help me out with is some healthy recipes. I get so sick of making the same stuff all the time just because I know it's low calorie and good for me. Do any of you have any recipes you could share with me in my quest to lose these last 7 lbs? I would REALLY appreciate it : )
And I promise to do some updates this week on all the other fun stuff we have going on right now, lots on my to-do list!

that's a wrap...

I'm anxious to see what recipes are posted! You can totally lose 7 pounds before VEGAS!!!
When I actually try to lose weight I just make simple changes. Cut out sugar drinks, skip bread on sandwiches or at restaurants and I stop bringing junk into the house that I will snack on if it's there! Good luck!
I am making this tonight. Instead of hot dogs, I use chopped chicken breast.

Happy early birthday! So far, 30 isn't so bad. :)

You can even buy her Green Lite Bites book for all the recipes.

You can do it!
